Choose Wellness Retreat

Sept. 5th-8th, 2019

4-Days, 3-Nights

Denton, on Maryland's Eastern Shore

Relax on the banks of the peaceful Choptank River.

Nourish your body with seasonal and organic meals.

Rejuvenate your spirit though daily yoga, breathing, and personal development workshops.

Heal your soul and take wellness home with you.

This Retreat

Eagle Watch on the Choptank River is located in historic Denton, Maryland.

The property is on the river and consists of the main house, a guest house,

and a tiny house. Our host, Nancy, lives in the main house and attends to

guests who regularly visit the property. You'll be able to enjoy the property's trails and organic garden, paddling the river on our SUPs or canoes, feeding the chickens, laying by the saltwater pool, or soaking in the hot tub.

Stevie will guide daily movement practices that include yoga, a paddle session, and SUP yoga, as well as provide opportunities for self-reflection about your current self-care practices and vision casting for the future. Nancy will lead workshops on cooking, fermenting, and canning and provide the option to participate in the meal prep. The evening session will be led by one of our amazing guest speakers who will then stay with us for dinner and conversation. One evening, we'll enjoy a bonfire while participating in a vision casting activity, and our last day together will be a guided tour of Cottingham Farm on the Eastern Shore plus the chance to take home produce.

Inclusions:

  • Daily guided yoga session on land or on water (SUP Yoga)

  • Daily breathing, meditation, & mindset workshops

  • 3 nourishing meals/day prepared with local + seasonal ingredients

  • Option to assist in meal preparation

  • Expert wellness guest speakers

  • Free time for reflection + enjoying the setting/amenities

  • Evening bonfire + Vision casting

Not included:

  • Airfare/Travel

  • Alcohol (BYOB)

We see you...

There's a lot going on in that beautiful mind of yours, right?

  • You're overwhelmed and consumed by caring for your family

  • You're spending all your energy on work and feel like there's nothing left at the end of the day

  • You're the gatekeeper of your home and want to make healthier choices, but there's too much to sort through, so you put it off

  • You're a caretaker, a nurturer, for your kids... your friends... your husband... and you do love it

  • But, you put yourself last... every. single. time.
